While the great majority of health care providers report annual staff turnover of 70% to 90%, less than 5% of our staff leave The Mann House annually (usually to move)! Perhaps because they are concerned, loving people who stay because they know they are valued, needed, and treated like family by the Mann family.

As a result, our residents enjoy close, meaningful relationships with each staff member. Our average time spent with each resident is 3.5 hours a day--more than any skilled nursing facility or any other assisted living company. But then, we're not about numbers, we're about quality people who are professionals in healthcare and love what we are able to do for others!

Founded in 1987, we offer consistent, top-quality, professional, minute-by-minute, personal health care to meet each resident's wishes and needs. We offer the highest quality of service for our residents' Seasons of Life, and the utmost in security and assurance to families. We adjust to each level of care needed by each resident, which can vary daily or hour-by-hour. Due to our many years of experience and capability of caring for those with serious and sometimes seriously acute conditions, we maintain an unusually favorable staff to resident ratio (1:4 - 1:5 days; (7am – 11p,m)1:10 nights (11pm – 7am)), accompanied by the highest standard in healthcare and dignified luxurious accommodations. We take pride in our distinguished 22-year track record. Accordingly, we are easily the most experienced family-owned and operated senior health care residence in the Atlanta area.
