The Mann House. A home for all seasons.

The Mann House is a unique, assisted living, healthcare residence for people who require varying levels of healthcare and hospitality services to remain as semi independent, functional and as secure as possible.

Each phase of life, aging or illness carries its own challenges and unique needs. As a result, we have developed four primary levels of healthcare for your loved one:

green-season

Moderate, hands-on assistance with activities-of-daily-living (ADL's), medication supervision, hospitality and dining services, meal and activity reminders, ambulation with walker or wheelchair. Includes early stage Alzheimer's/dementia supervision.

yellow-season

Progressive assistance with ADL's covers a higher level of hands-on personal care and interdisciplinary care services, incontinence management, assistance with transfers, diabetes monitoring/glucose checks and insulin, and assistance with eating. Includes stage 2 Alzheimer's/dementia supervision.

gold-season

Advanced level of assistance with ADL's covers personal healthcare and hospitality services, including Green and Yellow Seasons service levels. Includes stage 3 Alzheimer's/dementia supervision and mild behavioral issues.

platinum-season

The Mann House Signature Service, with Hospice no charge option. Maximum assistance with ADL's, including special hands-on individual care specifically designed for the requirements and wishes of the resident and his/her family. Includes all services in the Green, Yellow & Gold Seasons. We routinely manage the most time consuming and difficult health care conditions, including advanced, stage 4 Alzheimer's/dementia. Encompasses more severe behavioral problems.

(RATES ALL-INCLUSIVE; NO SURCHARGES OR ADD-ONS.)

Since we originally planned a smaller, more intimate environment (just 25 private suites and penthouse apartments), you can get personal up-to-date status reports on your family member, even when you stop by unannounced.

All our staff members take pride in knowing the health status of each resident at all times. And our founder, Charles H. Mann III, or Mrs. Louise Mann III, are prepared to meet with you and your family to discuss the condition of your loved one, or a prospective new resident to The Mann House.

Our relatively small number of residents enables us to design specialized care programs—"The Mann Plan"—for each resident, based on our more than 22 years' experience meeting their special needs, and helping them age-in-place gracefully.

All levels of individualized care plans are based on input from families, doctors, and personal assessments.

Vice-President of The Mann House, are intimately
involved with the lives and progress of all residents.

NOTE: All levels include our “Silver Tray Service.” Individualized care plans formatted from our exclusive “The Mann Plan.” Fees at each level available upon request. An assessment will determine the service care level required for your family member.

RESPITE CARE: The Mann House will occasionally accept persons on a respite basis, subject to space availability. This is done for the benefit of a resident and/or his/her family as a prelude to possible permanent residence here. The daily rate is $200-$250, all inclusive, based on the service level required. The Mann House may be able to provide furniture for an extra daily charge. Minimum stay is one week, payable in advance.
